Mission Teams / Volunteers
Native American Christian Academy (NACA) provides a unique volunteer and Mission Team experience combining the convenience of stateside travel with the opportunity to work within a different culture. NACA Mission Teams welcomes individuals, Christ-centered organizations, churches, church districts, university mission groups, and combinations of these entities. In addition to the project(s) a team comes to participate in, teams may have the opportunity to eat with the students, worship together in chapel and church, hang out during free time, and/or plan games/activities for the students on special evenings. Sightseeing excursions combine the beauty of current Native American culture and historic ruins with that of Arizona’s natural wonders. Sunrises and sunsets, as seen from our 72-acre campus in the high-country of Northern Arizona, are spectacular. For additional information, the Mission Teams Handbook is available by contacting the Mission Teams Coordinator.

Volunteer Program:
Are you a graduating senior needing a gap year, a mission-minded believer feeling called to missions, recently retired and willing to share your talents, or just someone seeking a way to serve others short term? NACA needs volunteers willing to come and serve for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year in our Volunteer Program. Volunteers will work with the Mission Teams Coordinator on a placement that fills a need at NACA and fits your talents and/or skill sets. From teachers to kitchen workers, custodial to Mission Teams assistants, we need you to share what God has blessed you with. Please contact the Mission Teams Coordinator for more information regarding open opportunities to serve and how to get started.
